What is "Blueprint Regeneration"?
I keep seeing this in Spiral of Destinies. It's a forge upgrade of some sort called Blueprint Memory Technique that says, "Success rate of Blueprint Regeneration increased," but I have no idea what blueprint regeneration even is. The few instances I had enough materials to forge something, the blueprint disappears and that's it, you get a thing and you use another one after that. What exactly is being regenerated? Is there a chance the blueprint you use doesn't get consumed? Because if that's it, that's kinda dumb since I always have more blueprints than resources to forge with.

It is a typo/translation error. If I am not mistaken it is in reference to the normal forging upscaling rate.
IE you use standard crafting to make a rare gear, it has a percentage chance to come out as an epic.
The "Blueprint Regeneration" should probably be something closer to "Forging Quality Upgrade"

Don't ask me how they got what they did, there are known issues with the translations.
