Hey! Just wanted to thank you for this great game! I'm having a blast playing it, the soundtrack is really awesome, and so is the gameplay!
I have no performance issues in max settings even though I have a crappy laptop, and the graphics are amazing!
I've rarely been captivated by a game as much as I am with this one, maybe the only one that surpasses it is Knytt Underground, and it is a very great game too.

So good job devs and thank you!

Thank you! We are happy that you like it. Oh man I really love Knytt Underground. I finished it but I started playing again from my last save, because there was just so much more to explore. :)

This reminds me, I need to play Knytt Underground. Knytt Stories was awesome!

Hello. I love first-person puzzle games and have been waiting for this for quite a while. I bought a copy as soon as it was available. I'm only a few levels in but so far its been fun with a very relaxing atmosphere. Some great sound design too. The crunch of footsteps is particularly pleasing.

I have one minor issue to ask about. Is it possible that controller support for menus and the level selection screen could be patched into the game in future? It is a very minor thing but switching between controller and mouse to use the menus is a little awkward. I know its really not a big deal, would just be helpful and make the game feel a tiny bit more polished in that respect.

Otherwise, thanks for the game and hope the launch is going well!

Yeah, having to switch between the controller and mouse is really awkward, but controller support for the menus and the level selection is something that we are certainly going to add in a future patch.

Never heard of this game before today but I watched the trailer and it looked good so I bought it. I have to say, so far I'm not disappointed. Good job devs!

I will admit that it could just be my laptop but I'm having an issue in world 2 level 4 with the framerate. The framerate seems to drop considerably when I play this level. The game has run perfectly up until this point and it has me frustrated.

I am currently running the game on a Toshiba Satelite Pro with a 2nd Gen Intel Core i3 running at 2.30 Ghz and 4GB of RAM with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit OS which meets the requirements. It has an Intel HD 3000 Integrated (obviously!) graphics card.

It is stated that integrated graphics cards may not work properly on the store page. Am I just one of the unlucky ones or is this a common issue? If I am one of the unlucky ones do you think this problem is going to persist at later levels or is this a game element only present in this level. (i.e. the snowfall) If I manage to pass this level will I be able to finish the rest of the game without worrying about framerate issues?

Just to be sure, have you tried different Quality settings found in the Options?
Also are you experiencing framerate issues constantly on this level or are there just certain spots that cause it?
The snow particles are indeed unique to this level and they can be quite heavy on the GPU, lowering the Quality setting affects how much of the GPU is used for the particles. Levels after this shouldn't be this heavy, as they don't have the snow particles.

Yeah, I turned the settings down to the lowest settings along with the field of view and bloom effects. It seems to be an issue throughout the level but some areas are worse than others. The hardest for me right now is once you get from the starting platform to the second. The framerate drops at the top just before I jump to the second level. I'll provide screenshots after I finish work if that will help.

Are there checkpoints in the levels in this?

i just tried out the Desura version as a kind of demo to this and got frustrated at having to start the level again when I fell. Which I do a lot because as much as I love the genre, I'm rubbish at judging jumps from a first person perspective.

Hey, there certainly are checkpoints in this one!

Nice one! Thanks for the prompt reply. :)

Besides having the same FrameRate issues in W-2,L-4 because of the snow...
I'm also running into some occasional issues with vertical moving platforms crushing me to death.

As of yet, I am unable to complete this stage because of it...

I ran into this same problem as well. There seems to be an invisible ceiling or something. I was crushed three times in three separate locations where nothing should've crushed me. I did it though, finally got through the framerate issues and beat the puzzle on that level. Thank you devs for the check points. It would have been a nightmare without them. Also, no further issues to report so far. It appears to be clear sailing from this point on.
