I read the previous discussions and found out that...
It turns out that all the "pro" players completed this terrible mod without using the hospital.
And consider this run unfair and overpowered :(

Haha hospital is too good. But congrats either way. A win is a win! I don't have any tips for the North (as I am not a fan of the design) but I can share for others if you want :))

Yeah do so w/o MH :) .. MH is "anyone can win on any difficulty, no skill needed, auto win. Use all your re-rolls on first camp to make sure get an MH"
