How do you determine the order things activate in?
I had one really dangerous fight where I was counting on Isolation (remove units from enemy buildings surrounded by border and mountains) to remove the units from some strongholds (gain extra units for each empty/border tile adjacent). However, the extra units for the strongholds were added AFTER Isolation activated.

Is there a way to know the order of operations on these things? Because a lot of cards/strats become a lot less viable depending on when they activate.

Technology cards always activate first, then buildings in the order from last placed to first placed.

After any activation, the system checks every possibility again, so if a building did something that makes it so now a tech can activate, the tech will activate first
