Would be not too wrong for this bus - I remember them best around 2000 when they were about 15 years old and handed down to the second line of subcontractors, most of them at that time had the tracking out anyways.
This however did not happen with the old no name wheel - which also had stronger FF and not with the current (also somewhat older one) before Logitech introduced their Profiler software. Also other games like ETS2 don't cause any issues, so I'd say it is probably down to an issue between OMSI2 and Logitech Profiler. So any issues with controllers may also be caused by the more and more sophisticated controller software that thinks it can do stuff better than the game itself, and especially with a software as old as OMSI mess up instead of working together with the game.
