London Citybus C400 dosen't appear when you select the bus???

Can someone help me fix this problem please the bus I want to choose doesn't appear to show in the menu it's like blank empty

You mean the Game or the Bus because if your talking about the game I already added the 4GB patch also I have updated the game too it's still the same issue, if it's about the bus update then can you send me the Fellowsfilm Link if you don't mind please
