Failing that, run the #:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\OMSI 2\OmniNavigation Launcher.exe and see if it updates.
There is a config.cfg file you can try deleting that and see if it generates a working one.
Lastly, you can untick the OMsi nav DLC then go into the folder (above) and delete OmsiNavigation folder completely, then retick the Nav DLC and run the launcher.exe again prior to starting omsi. You might need your password etc.
I did everything and deleted it, and as you said, and nothing happens, I don't even show up on the map, although I see my friends on the map and I don't. Where did I read that with java, what kind of jamb, you need to download the old version, although I don't have it installed when
Can't remember if i used Java, but if it was working before, then you must have java installed??
i have all the Omsi tools AXI,NAV and Power Tools along with BCS etc
