I can't remember seeing any disabled person ever since playing this game. There is no real use for it. But it is funny to see people wish to have such features - even then when they are total useless because the game doesn't have such deapth.
Sorry actually there is no real use for this since there are no such passengers.
in this game you don't get wheelchairs but you can kneel the bus if you see a old woman

kneeling is also helpful for the passengers when you have no sidewalk or when you are to far away from it.

its purely for enthusiasts who want all the functions of the bus represented. you'll never see passengers in wheelchairs or with mobility devices that require the use of the ramp. you can kneel the bus if you'd like, but the passengers won't notice either way. a lot of modern european buses kneel the bus automatically when you activate the door unlock or open the front doors. the MAN doubledecker that comes with the Berlin X-10 route does it, but you can override and do it manually too. out of habit, I usually keep the bus knelt at terminals as you would in real life.
I think bus simulator 16 and new york bus simulator have wheelchair

you'll have to pay $24.99 for bus simulator
and new york bus simulator is 55% off

and some don't like the game and some like the game.
and I hope you have fun will them.
