Hello all!

Norwegian here. i am recreating Bergen CoastCity in Norway in as much Realistic distances as possible the city have 7 districts. district 1 is soon already done. but some fine adjustments need to be done first. If you talk Norwegian ( English can also contact me. i am currently looking for more Modders to help me whit the map. ive been working about 4 weeks whit one district. but still more need to be done before i start on the next. i dont take all the side roads. only where the busses goes. the Routes. some side roads i do take. if am bored :P i also skinn busses.

about the modding and creating of the map. we share the file. you start of at one of my end roads. and work your self from there. thats how we can merge our maps. overwhrite couple of times a week.

you need to know the Basic of the Map editor and + little more understanding of it. and also basic of Hof Creator. you need a mic and Mumble installed. contact med for ip adress. so we can communicate. also use Google maps as much as possible if you don know the districts.

Realistic Road distances as near as possible. like between Bergen and Voss there are about 110km there will also be very close to it on the map. so the trip takes in real life about 2 hours or more. it will take the same time ingame.


yeah its a huge project. so far i have over 250 tiles on the map. about 80km of roads dont have the exect number.

so what buses maps and add ons need from this map?

i know you need Gladbeck and X10 berlin maybe Alheim and Chicago.

Solaris urbino 12 and 18. ,Citaro and Citaro G maybe Citaro L to.and the Volvo 9900 maybe Marco polo and setra Express buss, the 3 axel one dont remember the name. but just maybe. the busses from Gladbeck and the standar old one from the original map. will be Norwegian Road names. later Iris bus iveco and if i can find the Volvo 7700 and 8800 local busses we have here in bergen. Scania Citywide GN14

i will come back whit further information about what is needed to run this map. i hope i can start whit district 2 in the weekend. but still alot to do whit Arna district where i started. road signs. traffic lights and the local routes. also lookin for bugs ofc :)
