"GIVE CHANGE","GIVE TICKET".
Cannot set comand on buttons of GT DRIVING FORCE, for these commands.
All buttons work for any other command I select in the options for cotrollers.
The keyboard for these,"CONTROL/T", "T" also will not operate the commands.

Check if the option "Ticket selling" on the first tab (General) of the Options menu is set to "Advanced". If so, change it to "Easy", then you should be able to give tickets and cash using the keybord shortcuts and your mapped buttons on your controller.
