How do I use the radio in buses in OMSI 2 what buses does it work with?

Just turn it on by pushing radio button (you have to set up keyboard in options menu) and it will work with all buses.

I found a bus that worked it's the MAN SD - 84 or MAN SD series buses. They have the cassett type radio and it's right behind the ticket machine. I got it to work by just clicking the play button and didn't configure any keys to it but that might be helpful. I also tried another radio link fire105 and TBC radio.

Yes, it works just like you said with most buses which have radio or casette player in driver's cabin. The only thing you have to do is mouse click turn on/play button.
If you want to have radio in every bus (no matter is it have working one on board) is configure keyboard shortcut.
