Bus Company Simulator: Server problems - official statement

Hello BCS-Community,

we are very happy about the huge interest and all of you that want to play the BCS. Sadly, as you have noticed we had major server problems yesterday. We worked all night and are confident that we identified the problem and continue to work as hard as possible to fix it. We are deeply unsatisfied with the situation as well and try our best to solve it ASAP! Within the next couple hours the server should get more and more stable over time. Thank you a lot for your understanding and patience and we keep you up to date!

wir freuen uns über das riesige Interesse und alle von Euch die den BBS spielen wollen. Leider hatten wir, wie ihr bemerkt habt, gestern massive Serverprobleme. Wir haben die ganze Nacht durchgearbeitet und sind zuversichtlich das Problem identifiziert zu haben und arbeiten weiterhin mit vollem Einsatz an der Lösung. Wir sind genau wie ihr sehr unzufrieden mit der momentanen Situation und geben alles dies so schnell wie möglich zu lösen! Im Laufe des Tages sollte der Server dann nach und nach immer stabiler laufen. Wir danken euch für eure Geduld und euer Verständnis und halten euch auf dem Laufenden!

Was soll man tun, wenn man eine Fahrt nicht abschließen kann? Bzw. am Ende der Fahrt drücke ich auf Menü und es öffnet sich nicht, Java stürzt ab. Ich hatte schon Java neuinstalliert, BBS neuinstalliert, Singleplayer & Multiplayer zurückgesetzt, im Internet nachgeschaut, und und und. Ich bin am verzweifeln. Ich hoffe irgendwer weiß was ich tun oder wohin ich mich wenden soll weiß.

Hallo. Ich habe ein Problem,und zwar wollte ich mich gestern bei dem Addon anmelden also quasi ein Profil erstellen. Es ging soweit auch alles gut Profil wurde erstellt dann kam ich wieder zu dem Bildschirm zum einloggen, und dort konnte ich mich nich mehr einloggen...es kam dauerhaft die Fehlermeldung das die Email zu keinem Konto passt! Daraufhin wollte ich ein neues anlegen wenn ich dies aber fertigstellen will kommt ständig "Sie haben bereits mit Steam ein Konto geknüpft". Das heist ich kann das Spiel nich spielen, und habe leider auch keine Ahnung wie ich das rückgängig machen kann. Meine einzigste Hoffnung ist das mir jemand helfen kann wie ich doch dazu kommen kann i-wann das Spiel zu starten. Bislang bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht!

Hello Aerosoft i bought this in good faith like so many others, I also like many others have the same like that we all like to play this DLC. I got the dlc last thursday and for me it worked fine , yes muliti player was a bit giltchy for me but i had single player to use . Now since Sunday my Bus company wont play at all. It gets stuck at Updates are Installed an watch a pie with a percent it get stuck between 23% and 52%, thats it nothing more i wait it out for over 10hrs to fined out its running in the back ground but nothing. So i uninstalled the dlc and the game and reinstalled omsi2 first then verfired the files and it tells me its fine then reinstall bus company everything loaded, So i riht click on my game in steam click on bus company its loading the launcher to tell me searching for updates , then next screen Upateds are Installed again. Now could some one from Aerosoft properly fix all the issuses come on ,I dont need to do the math on how much you have received for the dlc but please look after the players at least thank you

Note that this issue is also happening for the map only addon. Getting stuck at updating.

Please put a bypass in case of server issues.

I am continually gettting a data base connection error in mutliplayer when I try to join a new company. So basically i can;t do any mutliplayer until this is fixed. Can someone from Support please provide a response on what is causing this is and provide a possible fix
