HafenCity - Hamburg modern: bus falling from the map

Random places, random moments - my bus just fall of the map. What can couse this gamebreaking problem?

SPEC:
- i7 6700 3.4 GHz
- 8 GB RAM
- GeForce GTX 970 4GB
GAME SETUP/INFO:
- Vehicles collisions off
- No issues with any other maps

Hmm - identical specs to me, and I get no issues

I had this on route 6 near to BOH I think it is. The same happened on X10 near the Zoo garten but I think the general advise at the time was to simply install the 4gb patch and that should sort it.

I already download the Hamburg day and night . But when I play route 111 , the road is snap . How to solve ?

There are many map glitches in this DLC.

i have no problems with the new hamburg yet there are many maps with various issues i just dont use them lastly i use the setting option and follow the ideas from others
