I removed it by myself using the Map Editor.
There is also a invisible wall under the high-voltage electrical power cables in this area.

I also have the same problem. It is possible to play if you uncheck the box " collision with AI traffic and landscape". I´m waiting for the fix update.

The new update was avaiable today but it doesn´t work. It´s all at the same way. I´m waiting for a solution.
