Double click on the 'Ebstein' file.
You should then see a selection of files...
Maps
SceneryObjects
Splines
Textures
TicketPacks
Trains
Vehicles
Now (in a separate window) open OMSI2. Go to...
OS(C:) / Program Files (x86) / Steam / Steam Apps / common / OMSI2.
When you double click on OMSI2 you will see a list of files.
From the downloaded Ebstein file copy the 'Maps' file to OMSI2's 'Maps' file.
Copy the 'SceneryObjects' file to OMSI2's 'SceneryObjects' file,
and so on, until you have copied all the files over to the files of the same name in OMSI2.
That's it. Job done.
Download that unzip it then open the program. Run the program and select the map from the list it will ensure all objects and splines are present for the map to work properly
