I recommend the Setra buses, MAN and Mercedes.

If you prefer older buses I suggest trying out the Ikarus's or VanHool DLC (Freeware).

Well, as I know that people who play omsi in another country, are accustomed to automatic buses, I would like to suggest a very common bus here in the city of São Paulo (Brazil), which is the Caio Millennium 3 super articulated.
  And yes it is super-articulated even if I am not mistaken he is 23 meters and I assure you will like it.

The Citaro Facelift by Helvete with Morphi sound patch is the best bus mod regarding quality if you ask me...
The Omsi forum, where both mods are stored, is currently down, tho...

If you like older buses, Some that I personally love driving around are the Autosan H9-35 and the GAZ 0330. The latter is certainly a challenge to drive due to lack of sychromeshed gearbox.

I think the one of the best bus mods for OMSI 2 is Solaris Urbino PL pack https://mega.nz/#!0cJAHbqK!d6IyEyrF37GdwFfQxaXdhE3VH3RMQmTW_it4K8DHvRg and Mercedes Benz O530 Citaro from Alterra eventually Mercedes Benz citaro facelift by helvete or Setra S313 and S319 UL for interurban lines.

Best buses around are on Fellowsfilm! If youre british then it's exactly where you wanna be.
V3D's ALX400 And ALX400 London version (Doesn't really have a purpose untill OMSI 2 london is out) Are great buses.
The London Citybus C400R Is good aswell (Enviro 400 Just had name changed to C400 due to legal reasons)
Mercedes Citaro O530 Facelift RHD Convert is good aswell!

I Like All The Buses On Here. Tho I would Love To See The Mercedes Benz 0305 and 0305G Modded For RHD So As They Can Be Used In The New Manly Act 3 Map. Those Mercs Served Sydney's Northern Beaches For 25 Years
