OMSI 2 - Tech Specs
Looking for a bit ot tech help if possible. According to the 'minimum' specs for OMSI 2 to run is this...

OS: Windows XP/Vista/7/8
Processor: 2.6 GHz
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce or comparable AMD with minimum 512 MB
DirectX: Version 9.0c

My laptop has

OS: Windows 10
Processor: 8th Gen Intel i5-8250 1.80GHz (Overclockable to 3.2Ghz)
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics
DirectX: Version 12

So you would think that it run ok-ish. It lags and frequently crashes and pops up not enough memory to run. Any one know how I can fine tune the display settings so that it runs smoothly enough?

Omsi 2 is quite random in terms of performance and it also demands a lot of RAM, I have a laptop which is more powerful than yours and I get 30-40 fps with a lot of framedrops in every map (it also depends on which map you play -Grundorf is the most stable and easy to run-). Here you have my specs so you can compare:

Processor: 7th Gen Intel i5-7300HQ 3,5GHz (Quad Core)
Memory: 4 GB RAM DDR4
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 1050 4 GB GDDR5 (Direct X 12)

As a little tip for you, I once saw a video that helped me so much to get stable fps in Omsi.

This is the video:

Take into account that Omsi runs in your native resolution (in my case for example 1080p).

Hope this helps, have a nice time!
