Easy to install and working mods?

Are there any working mods left? This game is long forgotten and it's hard to find any working links and if i find one the map requires some additional objects and it leads to broken links again so mods do not work.
So far i only installed Liepaja map and it works fine. Tried to install Winsenburg but it doesn't work, the game sayis it's missing traffic signs and i don't know where to downlaod them from.

Are there any map mods left which work? With working links, everything included.

I already looked at guides section here, but it's outdated and links do not work anymore.

I just want good european maps. Could somone just upload theirs or paste the WORKING links? I'd really want to make Winsenburg work properly.

Yeah these are nice but i need working links so i could download them.
It seems that if you didn't download the mods 2-5 years ago you can't get them now...

Projekt Szczecin seems to be working fine and it was easy to install. http://mareczek.szczecin.pl/omsi.php
The site is in polish, wich i dont speak. But you get an english manual in the download.

Thank you, will check this out, maybe it'll work. There are again a bunch of download links(why they can't include everything in the download?) which i hope won't be broken.

Is there a place where i can download traffic signs needed for winsenburg?
