Passengers not at bus stop

I hadn't played for a month so I thought I'd ease myself back into the impossibility, which is this game, by playing on the only "map" I've ever been able to successfully "complete" which is grundorf. I configured my IBIS corrected and did the rollsign stuff, but noticed that there were no passengers at my first stop, which was Bauernhof. I waited and waited and waited, but no one showed up. Now, is this a glitch, did I miss something, was it because of the stormy weather I had chosen, or was it something else? If no one is there, am I supposed to leave and go onto the next stop?

Edit: it was also 04:07 AM when they were supposed to be arriving. I don't know quite how realistic this game is, but I doubt that, in real life, you would have as many people using the bus at 4 in the moring as opposed to in the middle of the day.

Passengers are not neccessarily at every Stop so if you have reached the Stop on time and there is nobody there then just go straight on to the next Stop. 04.07am is very early in the morning as you say and in that little village or town of Grundorf there aren't that many passengers to pick up anyway.

You could try increasing the slider option in the Omsi settings which may give you more passengers. Be sure that the other slider (Humans Max Count) I think, is greater than the other slider for passengers at bus stops.

Yes, shortly after posting, I carried onto the next stop and there were people, but I just wasn't sure quite how realistic the game was. Thanks for your answer anyway.
