Little problem with sound

I have a little problem with people sound expecially with the 1999 bus from three generations pack. When they come into my bus they don't say anything (hello, complain etc..) and even when they want a ticket there is no sound.
Can anyone help me? How can i fix it?

When you load OMSI, click on 'Options', then click on the 'Sound' tab.

The lower the number on the slider, the fewer sounds you will get.

Have you got this slider set too low? (Mine is set at around 500 and I get passengers' voices and some outside sounds).
