I have downloaded the game from steam and have got minimum graphics set, but all the vehicles are white and the map cannot be played. All my other Omsi downloads play with higher graphics set.

Berlin X10 is very heavy on processing power - especially in the City Centre district (around Zoologischer Garten and Kurfürstendamm).

Try making your start point somewhere away from the centre - say, Teltow Bahnhof - and see if that's any better. If it is, it looks like the problem is not enough power in your computer to handle the scenery-heavy part near the centre of the city.

He needs the 4Gb Patch to stop the white textures!!

Downloading the patch has stopped the fault and the game is working without any problems. Many thanks again for your help.

If I download the 4Gb patch, what do I do with it and where do I install it? Can anyone help, please?

Off the top of my head because I haven't needed to patch it for a while, you simply have to point the 4Gb patch to the correct path to where your OMSI.exe is. For example, C/Program Files/Steam/Steam Apps/Common/OMSI then scroll down to find the OMSI.exe.

When the 4Gb Patch Utility has the correct path to the actual OMSI.exe, click 'Execute. and the game should be patched. Takes about 2 seconds it's that quick.

Heads-up,..Every time OMSI gets updated by the Devs then the patch usually has to be re-run again.
