Citaro facelift matrix issues

ive downloaded the citaro facelift pack by helvete but the destination screen doesnt work or matrix as its called, can someone just tell me how i could get it to work, there is no depots when i load any citaro into the game

No depots sounds like you have not copied and pasted the HOF files into this buses folder. No matrix might be due to not putting the fonts from the download into the fonts folder.

so Fonts from the download go into the omsi 2 fonts directory and HOF files from the download go into vehicles folder?

Yes fonts into the omsi2 fonts directory. And a hof file for every map you want to use go's into the vehicles folder.

For example C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OMSI 2\Vehicles\HH109_Stadtgelenkbus2012_HHA. Of course the last bit needs to be the bus you want to use.

You may need to look in other bus folders for hof files that did not come with the download and just copy them into the bus folder that you wish to use.
