X10 Berlin map issues

Hello, so I recently bought the X10 add on and I'm loving it so far. However I've come across some issues. They include the map bugging out near the X10 Heralzzee. What happens is the road disappears and I end up driving through buildings. Any help?

you must reduce the settings at the minimum, like X10 low.

Set the schedule priority lower and traffic lower park cars etc...
