when i goto laucnh omsi 2 and i get ingame and it gets to load user vehicles my game freezes/not respondes help please

that's normal, just wait some time and don't click anywhere in Omsi, Windows might think it froze, but it just doesn't respond in this case.

You don't even own omsi so how can you have a problem with a game you don't own ??

Have you tried loading map with no buses.
