update required bug

i try to play the game for 2h now it always says i have to update it, i reinstalled it a few times but it doesnt work does anyone now what to do?

btw i played the game for 3h today whith the same acc i use on my mobile my progress is out of sync i think. i upgraded some stuff on pc, played some games but my upgrade or xp isnt there on my mobile device my gems and coins are gone but i dont have the upgrades maybe this has to do something with it idk.
