Game not starting

for 5 hours I've been trying to start the game it says server is temporarily unavailable and stuck at 76% but other people can play I don't understand

Hi, this problem is largely due to a poor internet connection. Try changing your Internet access point or disabling applications that may slow down your Internet (VPN or Proxy)

How is it my internet connection my brother doesn't have this problem and we share the same wifi, + someone has reported the same issue. I tried to reinstall the game but nothing changed.

Hi, my internet connection is completely fine I use ethernet there is nothing wrong with my internet connection, this problem sunddenly appeared when I tried to play in the morning. My brother and I share the same internet connection yet his game works. Someone else also has this problem in this discussion.
