this issue happens to me too but it happens about 2 rounds into team strike

There are weapons in the game that disables jumps of enemies that are hit by them as a status effect. Of course, if there's no reason you should be under this effect, and your device is fine, then it can be a bug.

I got the bug of disabled jumps, but I was in the campaign mode, and it happens some random times in pvp games, but I don't understand why...

Yes but I wasn’t shot by a gun that dose that and those guns are extremely rare and usually have to be max level and on top of that nobody shot me in the match by the time it started happening
