Pixel Gun 3D: PC Edition

Pixel Gun 3D: PC Edition

Statistiche:
remove sniper rng
like literately why was this added? Snipers having shotspread unscoped was stapled to the pc version of this game. The mobile version doesn't have snipers that miss just because the game feels like it.

I love being forced to use inevitability or have my shots miss. I might as well just switch to a slot machine game if I want to pick any other sniper. Get lucky, win, get unlucky lose. It makes gamemodes like teamstrike and duels unplayable.

And no I'm not scoping. Scoping is miserable. I can't play with the tunnel vision filter. If I can hit the shot without tunnel vision mode, let me hit the shot. Plus for some reason the camera drifts around when scoping. I'll put the center of my screen on the enemy and it starts drifting in some random direction, causing me to miss! It isn't any better than raw rng! ACTUALLY WHAT WAS THE THOUGHT PROCESS BEHIND THIS???

please remove this. It feels so random and thoughtless. Backups, specials, and heavies that have hitscan have no rng, why snipers?! I literately prefer to use my backup over my sniper in most situations because I can guarantee the shot will actually go where the game shows it will. There is nothing more infuriating than losing a close match of teamstrike to an unlucky rng. please im begging

its always been in the game. All guns have some amount of spread. If you want to remove it for the sniper, use the kinetic module and the stability module. Then all spread will be removed.
It seems like a completely fair and realistic tradeoff for a 1-shot weapon. And while yes, snipers should be more accurate than other guns, the thing that usually makes a sniper accurate is the usage of the scope, and the person firing the gun actually lining up shots. If you're swinging around like spider-man, I wouldn't count on 100% accuracy.

I think the real problem is that sniper class has the sway effect and the rng spread because it was originally supposed to have the benefit of being the class of long range 1 shots and required more challenge to use to be balanced. Now, you can have a primary, a backup, a special, and a heavy with all the capabilities of a sniper because PG isn't aware of what the word balance means. If other weapons were to stay in their lanes, or if accuracy had natural drawbacks for all weapons (high accuracy requires you to take more time acquiring a target and lining up a shot, instead of constant no-scoping, or accurate weapons also impacted mobility) then Snipers would be much less annoying.

Yes, but this is a game where 5/6 weapon categories have multiple insta kill no travel time weapons. RNG on one of these weapons feels out of place and annoying. As you said, balance doesnt exist in pg, so there's literally no justification for adding RNG to ONE of FIVE global range hitscan 1shots.
also having a sniper that doesn't sway around in scope when you're not even moving would be nice
just having a steady aim without having to worry about something other than your target would be better than dealing with the sway in scoped mode

Thats what I'm saying. Instead of fixing sniper, they should fix everything else.
