The bans:

To get this out of the way, I've been falsely banned, for what I can presume is, picking up coins and gems while in a round. Instead of handling these cases one by one, you decided to press the "to hell with it" button and purged nearly everyone. Whether they were hacking or not.

Appeals:

Like possibly thousands, I send an appeal because, "that's what big brother told me to do." 2+ days pass and absolutely nothing.

Being able to play again:

The only way for a PC player to actually play the game again is:

A) Create a new steam account
B) Win the lottery and be unbanned via support
C) Go back to playing on mobile/emulator
D) Have personal connections with the devs

Fun fact! When a mobile player is banned, they're able to reset their progress after 2 days! PC players are simply stuck with the ban, even if you've spent money on this game!

I'm a dev who wants to actually help out, what can I do?:

Please realize how stupid it is to go through 28934832 emails with only like 6 people on the team.

Let PC players be unbanned after 2 days like mobile players.

Don't get scared and go on a ban spree just because you're losing a couple of bucks. Find the solution and actually read into cases of people who are cheating instead of banning the mass of people who got coins and gems on a particular day.

Listen and post feedback about stuff that's going on. Not once on any social medias have you even mentioned about the mass ban. Not even a "Hey! we're working on correcting these false bans so don't worry!" Even Pixel Ecko, (A YTer you guys love by the way) has posted about it.

TL;DR

Fix your game.
These bans are dumb.
Hurry up with those appeals or do a mass unban.
Talk with your community.

Не пугайтесь и не устраивайте бан только потому, что вы теряете пару баксов. Найдите решение проблемы и действительно разберитесь в делах людей, которые обманывают, вместо того чтобы банить массу людей, получивших монеты и драгоценные камни в определенный день.

Слушайте и публикуйте отзывы о том, что происходит. Ни разу ни в одной социальной сети вы даже не упомянули о массовом запрете. Даже "Эй! Мы работаем над исправлением этих ложных запретов, так что не волнуйтесь!". Даже Пиксель Экко (YTer, которого вы, ребята, очень любите) написал об этом.

TL;DR

Исправьте свою игру.
Эти запреты глупы.
Поторопитесь с апелляциями или сделайте массовый разбан.
Поговорите со своим окружением.

Unfortunately it feels like none of this helps because is this is one of the most transparent and silent video game companies you can find. It has been years and during all that time they've never done anything, let alone acknowledged any of the game's issues. Either everyone on the pixel gun team is completely delusional and thinks removing weapons from the armory and stuffing them into rng grindfests is helping, or understand that they killed their game and are just trying to milk whatever couple dollars are left out of the few P2Ws still stupid enough to keep spending money on this game.
