Banned

I was recently banned by a hacker and it tells me to select new game option although it does not exist????

you have to create a completely new steam account for some reason. You might have to use the steam website because the app wasn't letting me create a new account. Also the way you make a new account is really weird so you might need to look up how to do it on youtube or something.

(also what do you call installed things on PC??? I know it's not app but idk what else to call it.)

Hi, If you have been banned for using mods in the Steam version of the game, you will not be able to start a new game. The only way to create a new account is to create a new Steam account.
But, if you think you was banned by a mistake, you need to write about this in our support team using the link: "https://support.pixelgun3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new"
If there is an error, try to copy the link and put in your browser

It is technically an "Application". We tend to refer to it as an "executable" pretty interchangably, or just "program".
