Warning About Key Purchases in Pixel Gun 3D!

Hello everyone,

I want to share my experiences with Pixel Gun 3D and warn other players about purchasing keys. I recently made key purchases, and after the end of a Lottery Chest event, these were converted into coins without my consent. There was no clear information or discussion prior to the purchase, so you are not warned about what might happen afterward.

The customer support simply told me that they have now informed me, and I should now be aware. However, there is no option for a refund for the lost keys. I remained very serious and polite all day, writing several emails to clearly express my concerns. Unfortunately, I only received brief dismissive responses that did not take my issues seriously.

I want to warn everyone considering buying keys: Be cautious and think carefully before spending money. It feels like being taken advantage of, and the lack of support from the developer makes the situation even more frustrating.
