App keeps opening on other monitor

I've set default monitor to my main monitor but the game keeps opening on the 2nd monitor, I've tried going into window mode and cant get my mouse over the white bar

Try to do the following:
- Open the game and put it in window mode by pressing Alt+Enter.

- Drag the game window to another monitor.

- Bring back fullscreen mode by pressing Alt+Enter.

- Close the game.

At the next launch, the game should run on the monitor on which it was closed.

Yeah it doesn't work still even when I tried the method. You guys should make a thing to select what monitor to play on in your settings

Hmm, that's weird. I just checked and this method worked.
My settings:
Resolution: 1920*1080
Screen mode: Full Screen

you have to CTRL Enter to switch to window and drag it to the other monitor. It is a little tricky at best to drag, but it works with patience.
from now on it will open that way.
