You can only create a new account in the Steam version of the game by creating a new Steam account.

Hi, If you have been banned for using mods in the Steam version of the game, you will not be able to start a new game. The only way to create a new account is to create a new Steam account.
But, if you think you was banned by a mistake, you need to write about this in our support team using the link: "https://support.pixelgun3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new"
