oh wait, they only care about money so that's an explanation as to why there is no basic pc game options AT LAUNCH
Because it's not a PC game?
It's literally a mobile game port. It's not going to HAVE PC game options because it is LITERALLY a port.
If that bothers you that a game using literal minecraft assets doesn't have DX12 Raytracing support, I don't know what to tell you bruv....
Like, just play it for what it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ is? An mmo shooter?
It's a game to log on and goof around on, not a competitive shooter. P2W isn't even a problem because you still get ♥♥♥♥ for losing and you can still do well and hold your own until you GET the big stuff, which you do eventually unlock.
Same thing happens to people who play other FPS games. If you'd never played Battlefield and booted it up now, you're going to be in lobbies full of people who have had years to grind gear and upgrades.
Is it more pronounced here? sure. But you still get TONS of free stuff that is comparable to the paid stuff, and there's so MANY random guns you never know what to expect. That's the charm. Buying just gives you a starting leg up, but $5 to get that forever isn't much to ask for a game if you care so much.
They BS'd his name because he was speaking the truth.
You actually do get tons of free guns that do really well after just a little bit of play. The "ew this game is P2W" crowd rarely actually plays the games they complain about. Because they're that pathetically petty.
are you braindead? i'm not asking for "dx12 raytracing support"
there's literally no options to:
disable motionblur
edit your sound effect volume
have custom keybinds
set your fov to more than 90 (on a seemingly "pc game", lol)
change the size of your interface because it's so damn huge
if this is a "pc port", they had 8 months to add those, but they somehow forgot??
you'll know just how unbalanced this game is once you hit the higher levels and suddenly everyone has a mythic gun while you're stuck with the free ones, and THAT'S when they're gonna hit you with the predatory microtransactions
oh and, the pixel pass, good luck buying 1200 tickets directly because you actually can't, and instead they'll have you overpaying for 2 packages of 750 tickets, or buying 1600 which you will also overpay for
i could go on and on but this is just the tip of the iceberg of their greediness
but of course, find excuses my guy, there's nothing stopping you from mindlessly consooming
I think we all want what is "better" for pixelgun 3D, and this port really showed a degree of failure/lack of quality, which isn't surprising since it was foreshadowed through numerous "spoilers".
Regardless of if you're pro/against purchases, I think most people can understand the fact that the game needs improvement and is incredibly flawed in numerous ways. Is there a fix? maybe. There's been a zillion discussion about p2w/other monetary issues throughout threads today, I'm not trying to be love and peace but I think instead of hating on f2p/p2w the more important issue at hand is the lack of actual quality all around.
The community can't stop arguing about almost every aspect of the game, which shows that people do "care" about the game (ie why argue then), and to me cubic games just rides off of that because they can do whatever with a divided community.
I love how philosophical that sound, I wasn't expecting myself to go there.
