Bug/Glitch Starting Clan War

As said in the Title of the Discussion, I'm currently having a problem with clan war, started a new clan. Upon my lovely 11 members in my clan (6 required to start clan war), I pressed the start button for clan wars.

This button still says "waiting for opponents", when clicked it says "The clan war will start as soon as players are matched". I would assume it takes 5-10 min, however it's been over a day. As such I am curious, searched up a few articles about the same problem, some saying it's been 3 months theirs have been stuck. Dating back 4 years ago even.

So my question is, any solutions, or if devs can correct this for me or give me guidance on what to do. Thank you in advance.

Was there anything to fix it i made 2 clans cuz of this odd bug
