Xbox One Controller Support
The 360 controller works great, However I dont have one anymore and now rely on a Xbox one controller and the B button along with the RB and D control pad does not work properly or at all and prevents a lot of functions. If there is a fix for this I am unaware. The mapped buttons are all correct as far as I can tell. Any advice or does support for the X1 controller need to be added?

Microsoft thought it would be amusing to send a different set of input for an xbox one controller, despite being identical to a 360 controller, or a Steam controller for that matter.

I have one ordered so I can investigate the problem. I can't say exactly when we'll get this issue resolved, but it is on my list. Some have had luck updating controller drivers, while some have had luck resetting the controller config defaults.

If none of that works, sit tight until we get a chance to debug it.

Sorry for the issues.

No probs. If you happen to find a workaround for the controller issue before we are able to get to it, please let me know.

OK so here it what I found out.
If I play on the wireless X1 Controller and have the charge cable plugged in it functions fine as it should but when I play wireless and detach the cable I loose function of the D-pad as well as the B Button if that helps. The wireless adapter I purchased has the Microsoft trademark XBOX logo on it.

It helps in understanding the problem, but why the controller behaves in that way is pretty weird. Thanks for the info though.

The only thing that I can think of is that when playing while charging it utilizes the USB port, when you unplug it its all wireless so in my opinion the USB port is what recognizes it. BTW, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, it might be different for Win 8 or Win 10
