Am I alone in this?

I feel like they tried to modernize the game but ended up just ruining it. There is not a single aspect of spaz 2 that i prefer over spaz 1.

Maybe someone with more time can give their thoughts?

Like where are all the ai behavioural options? Is the best there is "E" for marking primary ship? No tactics to it anymore, like its been turned into a 3rd person real time space shooter.
