Raid effect?
So what exactly is the effect of starting a raid?

Raids are like resource siphons into other territories. So say your province has no rez, but the neighbor's does. A raid will steal some of the neighbors rez productivity, and when the raid completes it will bring that rez to your stockpile. The neighbor won't like it though.

My assigned Captain just raided my future ally (the faction I was in before and has highest standing with me). He is dumb. :(
