How do I save my game ?

I think it saves automatically when you visit the town. It'll come up in white text that it's saving when you go there.

It's not a stupid question. The "unsaved progress will be lost" warning is scary when there's no obvious way to manually save the game, but I've never had a problem with returning to town and quitting.
