Destroying ladders?

it also eats money forever and makes it possible to block yourself permanently from reaching things at least early on. Seems like bad choice to me

I wish there was some way to destroy ladders, since there is a ladder limit. (You can use falling stones, atleast from what I've seen)

wait; so 1) no way (besides falling stones) to destroy ladders and 2) there's a limit to how many you can place.... brilliant devs

Was just looking up ladders when I saw this. Seems like a questionable decision to implement, but I guess with how old the game is now there's no real chance that it'll be changed :(

The ladder limit is so high that it really isn't an issue. I used ladders a lot when I first played the game but you don't really need them if you plan your tunnels properly and master wall climbing.

I know you can't destroy ladders but don't they drop down when you dig a hole underneath them?
