Advice on getting out of the static dash cave?

Have been stuck in place for several hours. I would like to stop being stuck.

Was probably over-tired or overheated. Got out by self-destructing and coming back with more water in the tank. held the jump longer in the centre of the cave (what is the proper word for a cave with a hole in the ceiling? will look in on that), double-jumped, and away we went.
