Language change

What about language in this edition? Can I combine different languages of text and audio? Or does it make language of Windows without option, like Ultimate edition?

How do we change the languge? In the store it says the game supports many audio/languages but doesn't seem to work, I have changed the Win11 language but still in English. Any luck anyone?
