Cyan O (spoilers)

I found a room where cyan O is locked and solved that 4×4 room itself, as well as some of its neighboring rooms (blue smile, blue shortcut going nowhere so far, and a part of the white room of irregular shape; I seem to need both cyan O and U to complete that one and I have neither of them). But it doesn't unlock! What am I missing? I have cyan ERTIASDHKLNM.

Also Hinterlands don’t show any recipes for letters other than O and P, despite me seeing Z, Q, Y and I think another one or two and I just don’t have enough letters to solve those areas, so maybe my save got damaged somehow? But all I did is just normal play (well, using hint functionality often).

So is this normal me missing crucial stuff to go forward (for example only today I found the wizard/MAGICIAN area I visited once when I had too few letters and then forgot to write down to revisit later) or is it broken? Any soft spoilers? If I lack letters to proceed to get O, tell me which? (Is it P? I can’t seem to find where it's hidden; the Bearer looks similar to what I’ve seen in the Hinterlands, but I’m not sure and I don’t have a clue how to unlock different colored walls in there; which panel should I control if the Control Center seems to be unrelated?—as I need other colors than brown input there to get to the Bearer... NOTE: IF THIS ISN'T RELATED TO O, PLEASE DON'T SPOIL except any soft spoilers about where to find P, if you choose.)

I got great advice here about paintings in the early game despite it was just me missing hints the game already had, and other than that I found everything else myself over time. But these two (O and P) keep being stuck over many game sessions.

I can't seem to figure it out myself, so would you mind giving me a hint on how to grab the Cyan O please?

I just did cyan O, and a hint I'd give myself in the past is look at the ceiling.

No worries, I only realized how to get cyan O when I did that, hence why I said the hint is what I would've loved to tell myself days ago. Now to find more cyan letters I guess. Good luck to us!

Yeah I agree the ceiling thing is kinda plain when you get it. Thankfully it's very useful for the future, which is a spoiler.
