The Symbolic Help

I'm missing one last puzzle in The Symbolic, the "Geiger" puzzle where you need to solve the top part. The hint on the back was "Counter" but I am still having some toughness with this. Some help please?

If you understand the rest of the panels in that group, then it will help to know that the Geiger on that panel refers to a Geiger Counter, a tool to measure radiation, hence the Counter hint on the backside.

The other panels use other Examples of this same wordplay, so hopefully this sets you on the right path.

I'm also stuck on this one. I understand that it probably ends in KIND/LIKE/TYPE , but I can't think of a 14 letter word that starts with C and ends that way. My brain keeps going back to "countermeasure" even though I know that's not how this group of panels works.
What is the correct answer?

While we're talking about The Symbolic, does anyone have any idea what the answer to INDEX is? Is it IN "DECKS" as in part of?

BTW is there a clue somewhere in Symbolic or otherwise about an alternate solve for the dotted red panel (RIGHTWARD) opening the main door there, that would open the side path? There is a clue for its blue counterpart, marked by red-blue floor. I can't for the love of me guess what's expected there. I can’t get which part should be meant symbolically, it all leads nowhere so far.

Only the blue part of the red blue floor is used for the blue door. Guess what the red one's used for?

Neat, thanks!! How did I not notice that those panels had each just a single color below it?? And that the answers were different. It worked, hooray! And I even get why, thankfully.

Now I'm also staring at that INDEX panel lol.
