Slender arrival really buggy

Slender arrival has so far caused me some problems which does not allow me to progress in the game. The camera starts spinning in circles and looking up towards the sky, sometimes the screen just goes black.

Anyone else getting this problem?

I've had to ctrl-alt-del twice in my first 40 mins playing it because firstly my mouse cursor suddenly stopped responding (as did all buttons on keyboard, incl Escape), then I loaded a new game (progress from previous play lost) to find the screen completely black, yet I could hear my footsteps moving. Couldn't manage to quite manually. I find crap like this so tiresome when I'm starting to have fun with the game.

Have you updated to the new slender patch yet?

It fixes most of the save problems- If it did not automaticly update remove game data and reinstall

Hey guys, could you elaborate on this black screen issue? Is this in the prologue level --and does this occur after the video has played?

Don't mean to bump this - but these issues still occur. I booted into the game spinning around in circles looking at the sky. Walking does not happen nor does looking down. I'm terrified something is going to scare the living ♥♥♥♥ out of me while I'm typing this because the sounds are still on.

It is literally impossible to play the game; you can't do anything at all, period.

I think it's a bug to do with Virtual Game controllers which are not compatible, If you have anything like that try to uninstall it and it's drivers, This worked for me.

I do not - have never used a controller in my life.
Well, I take that back. The last controller I used was for the first xbox (not xbox one or 360).
But I have never used a controller on my computer. No virtual controller, nothing.

If u play easter egg and "you are dead" and start the game then, you only wathc sky and game spinns.

You have no 3rd party controllers? What kind of mouse are you using and does it spin if its unplugged?

I think that was my first one, I got it twice and game one away. So i got it on my first level and I think my second too

I've never had problems with the game what-so-ever. But now I'm spinning in place looking up at the sky. I can't figure out how to fix it
