Is the glitch charlie level still in the new updated version of the arrival as well as enabling console and using commands?

I decided to revisit slender the arrival for nostalgia and was wondering if that glitched charlie level was still in the game. if you don't know what im talking about its this

The secret level is still in the game, yes, but you can't enable console commands anymore

Well piss that sucks :(. To access the level it’s the same right? Turn on the radio and look at the poster, quit the game rinse repeat 3 times right?

It may be just that, but when I tried when the Anniversary Update first released it didn't seems to work. I got it to work using a slightly expanded method tho.

Start Prologue --> interract with the swing --> play the piano --> grab the flashlight --> turn on the radio --> go to the poster - repeat three times
