Where's charlie?

I see people talkign about him in a house in The Eight Pages chapter, but i can't find anything.

He Is NOT in the Eight Page Chapter. He is in the first chapter. When you get to the heli pad turn left and a Wooden house would be there. Enter. Then theres charlie. :)

He's not always there tho. And yeah hes on the first scene.

And no he wont kill you if you go close to him.

I'm a bit confused... When you say he's in the first chapter, do you mean he's in the prologue? Because I am having some serious trouble locating him.

The first scene USUALLY right when you start the game.

And he's not always there!

Okay to clear all confusion im gonna answer all questions SO MEGA SPOILERS AHEAD

Charlie is located in the prolouge level when you leave Kates house when you go through the river theres a burned house standing in the forest. Charlie is inside he wont kill you so dont be afraid to touch him :) He always is in the house but his standing position is always diffrent.
In the level into the abyss the chaser is not Charlie but Kate under Slenders controll which is called the proxy.
But in the level flash back which is an easter egg level you need to Collect the missing child poster next to kates house, once you pick it up restart the game once you collect the poster three times it transport you to a level where you find out the identity of Slender. So i hope i cleared all the confusion :)

That is the secret level, which can also be found in the Prolouge by doing the same thing.
It also does not tell you the identity of Slender Man, since the secret level is not canon. I mean, how could Charlie be both the burned kid AND Slender Man?

Actually, that's Kate, Slender turned her into his proxy.
