Slender: The Arrival

Slender looks too short and not scary in the Remake/New Version
Just like the title says, slender is too short, in the original game hes way taller and actually scarier looking, needs to be fixed, also original game had that kind of dark atmosphere that the forest just kept getting darker and darker. While fancy graphics are nice, it needs to keep the atmosphere

I trust Blue Isles in that they know what they're doing when it comes to the atmosphere and overall scare factor of the game. I bet the better graphics will help enhance the environments spookiness. I do agree though, Slender is looking a bit shorter than usual. Reminds me a lot of the Eight Pages model. I'm sure if it doesn't work, changes will be made to fix it,

I dont, 2.0 version looked worse than 1.0 and downgraded several locations...

Eh I liked the blueish/purple sky they implemented in 2.0. Into the Abyss definitely looked better in 1.0 though.

1.0 had more trees and cooler environment tbh, it had better graphics, at some points the darkness was just a complete purple, didn't make much sense, was way cleaner and better in 1.0
hope they make it up in the remake/sequel

I'd say they have just from the screenshots we have of it so far. I love what they did to Oakside Park and Matheson Farm, not a huge fan of the Kullman Mine changes though, the entrance looks way smaller and I think the warm colored lights inside take away from a lot of it's atmosphere.

yeah, i dont know, i hope they tweaked it, the 2.0 version basically the original looks much grittier, no matter how good u make some graphics, u need to keep an aesthetic, a pallet of colors, for example Rockstar's GTAIV, had different atmospheres for each campaign
