Slender: The Arrival

Low End PCs
I am here and I have a question, I am able to play the original decently and with this update and new chapters, I was wondering because the engine is having a massive overhaul, is there still gonna be graphic options to either switch to the original engine or lower graphics to it's minimum for the hardware I currently have, that is not the best.

Yes. Through Steam Betas (under the game's properties) you'll be able to roll the game back to it's previous versions from 2013 and 2015.
I doubt you'll be able to play the new chapter and future expansions on those versions though.

If you're interested in what the requirements for the new rupdate will be, head over to the spin-off/sequel "S. Lost Chapters". That game will most likely run on the same new engine, so it should be about as demanding as the new update

I am really wishing I could play the new chapters and everything, because having it locked to new specs ONLY is a bit unfair because of money and such. if there was a way to help out if possible, that would be best as I played this originally years, years ago and had the game for quite some time.

In my opinion its better that from now on you need a better gpu and a cpu because games from this ERA you need a better console or else the game wont start for you unless you have great cpu or gpu

I wouldn't rely on that. Both the specs for that game and the updated specs for arrival are seriously messed up and make absolutely no sense right now. I can only assume that "GTX 3070" is supposed to be RTX 3070, lol. Really hope that gets fixed, the last thing these devs need is bad publicity for confusing customers with their listed specs. This game needs to get as much good attention as it can.
