A small boy, son of Charles Matheson and (maybe) Charles's wife Diana.
This is a victim of Slender. In this family and it's history Charlie Jr. wasn't first victim for whom Slender seeked. You can know more about it by reading collectables from "Homestead" level.
///SPOILER ALERT
Charlie became a proxy being abducted and controlled by Slender. Slender kidnapped his toys and throw them for a very big distance. That was 5 trains. When Charlie found the last train, Slender take him by his tentacles. You can see this if you touch a teddy bear unlocking the "Memories" level in the "Flashback" level.
Charlie can't control himself, so he miss his parents and being angry, depressed and dangerous, cause he wanted back, but later Diana gone away from Charles, then Charles burn the house with himself inside. Charlie can't live with hearing cryies and laughs (maybe hallucinations), and with that fact that he can't get his son back. In the "Prologue" we can find that house, inside we will see crying Charlie-proxy. Crying for he's father is dead for now and never coming back.
He will appear in the "Homestead". Until night he will be lurking and watching when you grabbing fuel for generator. When you will need to go to the chapel it will be night, then he will hunt you in the tall grass. He's abilities - the fastest running and the fastest killing.
Also in the game you can find three times a paper about Charlie Matheson Jr. that lost - two in the "Prologue" and one in the "Into The Abyss".
